We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Procurement / Purchase Executive** with experience in the UAE market and a strong understanding of **firefighting materials and systems**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely procurement of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure firefighting materials, equipment, and related MEP products.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and UAE standards.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve supplier and delivery-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
✔ Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** in Procurement/Purchasing.
✔ Good knowledge of **firefighting systems, materials, and equipment**.
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Purchasing software.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Firefighting Euipments
- Familiarity with UAE suppliers and local market sourcing.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
