About This Role
Overview
The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process — from identifying supply needs and sourcing vendors to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
This role plays a critical part in controlling costs, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting smooth business operations
Procurement & Ordering
- Raise and process purchase orders (POs) as per approved requisitions and company policies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and deliveries.
Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and maintain a database of reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery.
- Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships.
Inventory & Coordination
- Coordinate with the stores/warehouse team to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Liaise with internal departments (production, finance, operations) to understand procurement needs.
- Track deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of purchase orders vs. goods received.
Cost & Compliance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation and market research.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and submit procurement reports to management.
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation of all transactions.
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
