Purchase Assistant supporting procurement activities and timely purchasing of materials and services in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Follow up on material deliveries and timely procurement.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, stores, and accounts on procurement requirements.
- Compare quotations and assist with cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Purchase Assistant in a UAE construction company is mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers in the UAE market.
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
