Responsibilities
- Prepare and update construction project schedules with cost and resource loading.
- Monitor site progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports with cashflow and S-curve.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Analyze delays and prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in engineering.
- At least three years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in high-rise construction; UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools and construction processes and sequencing.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Languages: English and Hindi.
