We are looking for an experienced PRO to join our team and support all government relations and employee documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all government-related transactions, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labor cards, work permits, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, GDRFA/ICP, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant departments.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all employee and company-related documents.
- Ensure all employee visas, labor contracts, trade licenses, and company documents are renewed on time.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documents, expiry dates, and government submissions.
- Support HR and Admin teams with onboarding, offboarding, and employee-related government processes.
- Stay updated on UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and government procedure changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, visa, and government procedures.
- Good experience with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and related portals.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle urgent tasks and deadlines.
- Good computer skills and experience maintaining document trackers.ng regulations and nationalization initiatives.
