to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of
5 years of UAE experience
handling all government-related procedures and regulatory requirements.
The candidate should be well-versed in labor, immigration, licensing, Emiratization, and pension fund matters, and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage all PRO-related activities with UAE government authorities and departments.
· Process and coordinate employment visas, labor permits, residency permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and status amendments.
· Handle all transactions with relevant authorities including immigration, labor, municipalities, economic departments, and other government entities.
· Manage
requirements
and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and targets.
· Administer and coordinate matters related to
UAE Pension Fund
registrations, updates, and compliance.
· Process and monitor
trade license renewals
(Commercial and Industrial licenses) and ensure timely completion.
· Coordinate document attestations, approvals, certifications, and government correspondence.
· Maintain records of company licenses, permits, employee documents, and renewal schedules.
· Liaise with external stakeholders, government agencies, and service providers as required.
· Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and government regulations.
· Provide regular updates to management regarding regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
· Perform company-related administrative and governmental tasks as assigned.
Requirements
· Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
as a PRO.
· Strong knowledge of all UAE government procedures, labor and immigration regulations.
· Proven experience handling:
· Emiratization compliance
· UAE Pension Fund matters
· Trade License Renewals (Commercial & Industrial)
· Visa processing and labor transactions
· Government approvals and permits
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary range: AED 4,000 - 5,500 (depending on candidate's experience)
