At DocuBay, we're building an AI-powered compliance platform that helps companies manage licenses, employee records, legal documents, applications, renewals, and government services from one structured workspace.
We're looking for an experienced PRO who lives and breathes UAE government processes and can own all government-related transactions for our clients and our own entities.
What You'll Do
- Handle end-to-end government transactions across MOHRE, ICP, and DED
- Process and type applications directly through Tasheel, Amer, and relevant government portals
- Manage work permits, labour contracts, and Emiratisation-related submissions (MOHRE)
- Process residency visas, Emirates ID, entry permits, and status changes (ICP / GDRFA)
- Handle trade license issuance, renewals, and amendments (DED / DET)
- Track approvals, follow up with authorities, and resolve rejections or discrepancies
- Keep clients and the team updated on application status, timelines, and document requirements
- Act as DocuBay's specialized in-house resource for all government services
What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on PRO experience in the UAE
- Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, DED, and the typing systems (Tasheel, Amer)
- Direct experience typing and submitting government applications—not just coordinating them
- Familiarity with UAE labour law, immigration, and business-licensing procedures
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple applications at once
- Good communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
