About the role
We are looking for an experienced PR professional (Account Manager/
Junior Account Manager
) to manage a portfolio of B2B clients across the UAE and wider region, delivering strategic counsel, strong media relations, and high-quality content.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of assigned accounts and deliver against KPIs
- Plan and execute complex PR campaigns aligned with client business priorities (UAE & region)
- Consistent delivery of tier 1 organic coverage with the top media (TV, radio, magazines, newspapers - UAE and region)
- Copywriting of high-quality content (press releases, pitches, bylines, expert comments, case studies)
- Guide and coordinate a project team; ensure quality, on-time delivery under tight deadlines
- Conduct industry research/monitoring; present insights and results (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
- Manage vendors/third parties
- Manage marketing and advertising campaigns as required
- Plan and manage social/influencer activity as required
Requirements
- Able to manage 4–6 accounts or more (multinational or regional), coordinate team workflow, and meet monthly KPIs
- Arabic proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) required due to Arabic-language deliverables for clients
- PR agency experience (a must, ideally in the UAE)
- Solid B2B track record and understanding of agency processes; able to deliver from day one
- 3+ years delivering PR campaigns in the UAE/KSA/region
- With established media contacts across the GCC/MENA; proven tier-1 organic coverage results
- With strong copywriting skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
- Confident with social media/digital tools; able to effectively manage social media accounts and advise on digital marketing tactics
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel; confident user of CRM/project-management tools
- Strong market knowledge (2–3+ years working in the UAE/region)

- Willing to proactively step in and support, go the extra mile

- Work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities across different accounts with agility
- Team player with “let’s do it” mentality; positive no drama attitude
- With strong business consulting and advisory skills, ensuring campaigns align with clients’ business objectives
- Capable of leading a team, assigning tasks, and overseeing timely execution to ensure overall team performance
- Able to conduct reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve unit performance
