Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and coordinate all government-related procedures and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations while maintaining smooth communication between the company and relevant authorities.
The PRO will play a key role in handling visa processing, licence renewals, and official documentation, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
- Liaise with government departments such as Immigration, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure all company licences, permits, and registrations are valid and renewed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and company legal files.
- Handle attestation, notarisation, and translation of official documents when required.
- Monitor changes in UAE labour laws and government regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding visa and legal processes.
- Follow up on application statuses and resolve any issues or delays efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of all PRO-related activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and government regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
