Public Relations Officer (Emirati)
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle government-related processes and build strong relationships with relevant authorities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in resolving issues efficiently and ensuring smooth coordination with government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities
- Handle and resolve issues related to visas, labor matters, and legal documentation
- Ensure smooth processing of all government transactions and approvals
- Liaise with departments such as Immigration, Labor Office, and other regulatory bodies
- Manage and follow up on complex cases, delays, or rejections
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve administrative and legal matters
- Monitor and update management on ongoing cases and resolutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues efficiently
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
