Overview
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related transactions and ensure compliance with UAE labor, immigration, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between the company and government authorities, ensuring timely processing of visas, permits, licenses, and corporate documentation.
Key Responsibilitie
- sManage employee visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, medicals, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- .Liaise with UAE government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED/DET, and Free Zone authorities
- .Process labor contracts and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
- .Handle trade license renewals, Establishment Cards, Ejari, permits, and corporate registrations
- .Coordinate document attestation, notarization, legalization, and translation services
- .Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation, ensuring timely renewals
- .Monitor regulatory deadlines and prevent fines, penalties, or compliance violations
- .Support company formation, branch registrations, and other government-related requirements

Requiremen
- tsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related fiel
- d.Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a PRO or Government Relations Office
- r.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and business licensing regulation
- s.Hands-on experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Free Zone portal
- s.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- s.Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantag
