Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Administrative Assistant
with 2 to 4 years of experience to provide executive and administrative support to the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, reporting, travel arrangements, and office administration while ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilitie
- sManage the GM’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and correspondence
- .Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and confidential records
- .Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
- .Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders
- .Assist in preparing management reports and business presentations
- .Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
- .Support office administration, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and facility management
- .Track projects, follow up on action items, and maintain progress reports
- .Assist with expense tracking, invoice verification, and procurement documentation
- .Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualificatio
- nsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related fiel
- d.2–4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar rol
- e.Experience supporting senior management is preferre
- d.Previous UAE experience will be an advantag
