Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and renew employee Iqama, work permits, visas, and other immigration-related documents.
- Assist team in all transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Ministry portals.
- Coordinate with government departments such as: Jawazat Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Immigration office Chamber of Commerce Municipality

- Assist Processing visa issuance, visa extensions, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures.
- Assist in processing re-export documents of Saudi Custom Office
- Support employees in processing family visas, visit visas, and dependent-related government services.
- Assist team in the administration work and compliance matters.
