Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and client services. The ideal candidate will assist clients with visa processing, licensing, attestations, and other regulatory requirements in compliance with UAE laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa applications including Employment, Dependent, Investor, Partner, and other relevant visa categories.
• Manage visa cancellation processes, both inside and outside the UAE, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate and process employment contract attestations with the concerned authorities.
• Arrange inside-country change of status, VIP medical appointments, and Emirates ID applications.
• Support clients in obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs), salary certificates, and certified true copies of company documents.
• Handle document collection, verification, submission, and tracking with relevant government departments.
• Arrange transportation and courier services for client documents when required.
• Prepare and issue proforma invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Draft and process Board Resolutions and official request letters as per client requirements.
• Assist clients with trade license renewal, amendment, upgrade, and cancellation, including licensing works across all UAE Free Zones.
• Coordinate document attestation and translation services.
• Support clients in driving license transfers or opening a new driving license file.
• Assist in retrieving lost or duplicate company documents from relevant authorities.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in visa processing and licensing works across all UAE Free Zones, ensuring adherence to respective authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PRO or similar role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration, labor laws, and government procedures.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant UAE PRO experience
