Job Summary
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related procedures and ensuring compliance with local labor, immigration, municipality, and regulatory requirements.
The PRO acts as the liaison between the company and government authorities to facilitate visas, permits, licenses, and other official documentation while ensuring timely processing and adherence to legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities.
- Maintain positive relationships with ministries, municipalities, embassies, and other regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company in government offices when required.
- Process employment visas, residence permits, work permits, and sponsorship transfers.
- Coordinate visa renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist employees with immigration-related documentation.
- Process labor contracts and labor approvals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee registration and updates with relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of employee legal documents.
- Process and renew trade licenses, commercial registrations, municipality permits, and other company certificates.
- Ensure all company documents remain valid and updated.
