Proxy Product Owner – Trade Products

- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Proxy Product Owner for Trade Finance products, supporting product strategy, implementation, and enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide subject matter expertise across Trade Finance products, operational processes, controls, and client journeys.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, PMO, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support testing, implementation, process optimization, automation, and digitization initiatives.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✔ 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance product development, implementation, or delivery within the banking sector.
✔ Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products, operations, workflows, and controls.
✔ Experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with Technology teams.
✔ Expertise in backlog management, business analysis, requirements gathering, and product delivery.
✔ Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Exposure to digital banking platforms, APIs, automation, and fintech solutions is highly desirable.
