Our Data Consulting team consists of 400+ consultants working across data marketing, data governance, strategy consulting, product ownership, and more.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design the enterprise data model and map multiple source systems into a canonical model (UDM/GIM) on an Informatica stack.
  • Implement data quality measures - Source profiling, transformation rules, and handling granularity mismatches and derived/composite fields.
  • Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines for seamless data movement across systems.
  • Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Implement data modeling and data architecture best practices.
  • Work with cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable data solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Utilize Spark and Kafka for data processing and analytics.
  • Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and transformation of large-scale datasets.

Key Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong Data Engineering (DE) foundation including medallion architecture, SCDs
  • Experience with any cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
  • Strong understanding of logical and physical data modelling (not just star schema)
  • Good knowledge of industry modelling like Party / Event / Location / Classification / Resource Item supertypes.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with data modelling tools - Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or SQL Developer Data Modeler
  • Experience with ETL and data pipeline development
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
  • Database management experience
  • Good to have: Experience in canonical/industry reference model for e.g. IBM IIW-style supertypes; experience mapping many disparate sources into one enterprise model.
