Job purpose

• The Project Management will drive accurate statistical forecasting, oversee end-to-end project activities in SAP, and support the sales organization by ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Key accountability:
• Generate statistical forecasts using actual business data in SAP, evaluate forecast accuracy, and update the final forecast to enable effective planning.
• Manage project activities in SAP, including project setup, legal reviews, contract approvals, purchase-order creation, procurement processes, and customer billing.
• Coordinate project costs, profit margins, and timelines within the system to guarantee that materials, services, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support sales achievement by tracking revenue and cost recognition, ensuring accurate and on-time project execution in SAP.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, confirming that every phase is properly executed and recorded in the system.
• Liaise with subsidiaries to address ad-hoc queries and provide timely responses, facilitating smooth contract processing.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record handling project lifecycle activities (budgeting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, financial monitoring).
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems—preferably SAP (or comparable platforms) for project execution, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, subsidiaries, external partners) on project and contracting matters.
• Strong analytical skills in business data handling, forecast generation, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Advanced Excel/Power BI or other data-visualization tools for analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical details into clear business insights.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong organizational sense with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
