Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure for governance, resource allocation, faculty development, research administration, and academic policy.
- Lead academic institution-building and support sustained academic quality as the university grows.
- Represent the university with institutions, governments, and industry partners worldwide.
Candidate profile
- Significant senior academic leadership experience at a research-intensive university and scholarly standing that earns faculty respect.
- Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary academic organizations and strengthening governance and academic quality.
- Global outlook for engaging institutions, governments, and industry partners; experience leading through institutional growth is particularly relevant.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Compensation and benefits
- The employer offers a highly competitive, tax-free compensation package commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and seniority; no pay cadence is specified.
