Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in proposal or bid management roles, such as Proposal Specialist, Bid & Proposal Partner, Tender Specialist or Pursuit Partner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and competing deadlines, supported by strong project management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Flexible, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to remain calm and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
