Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support our Tendering and Business Development team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, managing bid documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and multilingual skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
- Review tender documents, RFQs, and client requirements.
- Liaise with estimation, engineering, procurement, operations, and finance teams to gather required information.
- Prepare proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission checklists.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, prequalification documents, and client correspondence.
- Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, capability statements, and vendor registrations.
- Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in proposal coordination, tendering, or business development support.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC sectors preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent document control and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Language Skills (Mandatory)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong multilingual communication skills is an advantage.
