Job Summary
Bright Deal International General Contracting LLC (BDI) is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations and manage the accounting team.
The candidate should have strong experience in project-based accounting within the contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and GL
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and project cost control
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Handle audits, VAT filings, and banking coordination
- Supervise and guide the accounts team
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams for cost tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (CA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a contracting company
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Experience in project accounting and cost control
- Good leadership and communication skills
Preferred
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per hour
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
