Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong banking exposure and **mandatory experience in a contracting/construction company**.
The candidate will be responsible for managing banking facilities, cash flow, and overall financial operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Handle banking facilities such as loans, overdrafts, LCs, LGs, and project financing
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure smooth coordination with accounts and project teams
- Oversee payments, collections, and financial compliance
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance
- **Mandatory experience in a contracting/construction company**
- Strong hands-on experience with UAE banking (LC, LG, project finance, etc.)
- Good knowledge of cash flow management and project-based accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred
- Experience in infrastructure or pipeline projects
- Immediate joiners preferred
