Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Camp Boss** to manage and supervise company accommodation facilities, ensuring proper welfare, discipline, hygiene, and administration of employees residing in labor camps.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience in camp operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of labor accommodation facilities.
  • Ensure camp cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate room allocations, employee check-in/check-out, and accommodation records.
  • Monitor camp occupancy and maintain accurate reports.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Handle employee accommodation-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Supervise housekeeping and camp support staff.
  • Maintain inventory of camp assets, furniture, and equipment.
  • Coordinate transportation, utility services, and other camp-related requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in labor accommodation management in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor camp regulations and HSE requirements.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
