Overview

  • The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation, submission, and follow-up of business proposals, tenders, and bids.
  • This role ensures timely and compliant responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs, and other client requirements while collaborating with internal teams to produce high-quality, competitive submissions.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process from initial request to submission
  • Review RFP/RFQ documents and summarize key requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather required inputs
  • Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and company standards
  • Maintain version control and ensure consistency across all proposal documents
  • Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals
  • Assist in pricing coordination and commercial documentation where required
  • Support post-submission activities such as clarifications, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain records of submitted proposals and track outcomes (win/loss analysis)
  • Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, and templates

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, bid management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with tenders, RFPs, and government or corporate bid processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English & Arabic)
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in ERP systems (Salesforce) or proposal management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
