This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands project‑based selling, and is ready to capitalize on Abu Dhabi’s booming off‑plan market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
- Conduct project presentations, investment consultations, and community overviews.
- Build and manage a portfolio of investors, end‑users, and international buyers.
- Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, construction timelines, and market trends.
- Generate leads through networking, events, digital channels, and referrals.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong product knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in off‑plan real estate sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain project details, payment plans, and ROI clearly to clients.
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust with investors and long‑term clients.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi off‑plan market is a plus.
