Role Responsibilities
- Generate and close property sales (off-plan, secondary & rentals)
- Build strong client relationships in Dubai & international markets
- Conduct viewings, property tours, and presentations
- Follow up and manage leads via CRM
- Upload and manage property listings on CRM
- Generate your own leads via networking & social media
- Stay updated with Dubai property trends & launches
Who We Are Looking For
- Sales-driven and highly motivated individuals
- Strong communication skills (English required, other languages a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of Dubai real estate
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
- Social media active / willing to build personal brand
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
Important
This is a pure commission role (no salary).
High earning potential is based entirely on performance.
