- Job detailes:
- 10+ years’ experience delivering telecom, managed services, or technology programmes, including full lifecycle delivery.
- Proven ability to manage 8–10 concurrent projects across multiple clients and countries.
- Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of multi-country telecom and technology projects, maintaining real-time visibility of scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
- Translate signed Statements of Work (SoW) into integrated project plans covering requirements, design, build, testing, go-live, and BAU handover.
- Lead client-facing delivery, managing senior stakeholders across geographies, running governance forums, and ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and trust.
- Manage third-party vendors and suppliers, enforcing delivery milestones, quality standards, dependency management, and remediation where required.
- Coordinate internal advisory workstreams (AI, regulatory, technical, financial, legal) to ensure coherent, on-time, and integrated client delivery.
- Maintain strong commercial discipline, including budget control, milestone-based billing, change-order management, and protection of contractual boundaries.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues, providing impact-based options rather than retrospective reporting.
- Deliver structured go-lives and BAU handovers, with trained client teams, signed operational runbooks, and formal project closure.
- Produce executive-ready reporting for the COO and champion continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and governance frameworks.
- Strong client-facing leadership, vendor management, and commercial/contractual expertise.
- Exposure to OSS/BSS, telecom transformation, AI-enabled solutions, and emerging-market delivery preferred.
- Relevant degree required; PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications strongly preferred.
