About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Property Management Sales Assistant to support our property management and leasing operations.
The ideal candidate will assist in handling tenant inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and supporting the sales and leasing process to ensure high occupancy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
- Respond to tenant and client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings and site visits
- Support preparation of tenancy contracts, proposals, and related documentation
- Maintain and update property listings on portals and internal systems
- Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and finance teams
- Follow up with prospective tenants and clients to close leasing opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, transactions, and client interactions
- Provide administrative support to the property management and sales teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate, property management, or sales support preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with property listing platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
