Coordinate operations for a multi-unit residential portfolio and support multiple landlord accounts.
The role focuses on tenant experience, lease operations, maintenance coordination, occupancy, and asset performance.
The stated work location is Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day administrative operations and prepare operational, financial, and occupancy reports for management.
- Maintain landlord and tenant relationships; handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate external maintenance teams, contractors, repairs, and property inspections.
- Prepare and administer leases, renewals, terminations, and tenant onboarding.
- Monitor rent and property-management-fee collections, payments, and arrears.
- Maintain property files, contracts, and performance records, and ensure compliance with UAE rental laws and RERA guidelines.
Applicant requirements
- At least two years of property management administration or residential property operations experience, including multi-unit workflows, landlord accounts, vendors, and leadership reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written English fluency; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE rental laws, RERA processes, and tenancy documentation.
- Hands-on experience with property management software, administrative reporting tools, and the Ejari System.
Skills and attributes
- Advanced negotiation, professional communication, customer service, vendor supervision, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Proactive and open-minded, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai.
