Role overview

MHM Real Estate is hiring a Driver, PRO, and Property Inspector to support its Dubai team.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport staff, clients, and documents; maintain and service the vehicle on schedule.
  • Navigate Dubai roads efficiently and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections, documenting property conditions.
  • Assist with PRO duties, including government documents such as visa renewals and trade licences, and coordinate with relevant offices.
  • Record trips, mileage, fuel usage, and inspection reports.
  • Handle additional administrative and field duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and a valid UAE driving licence are required.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the UAE and 2 years of driving experience in the UAE are required.
  • One year of PRO experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic laws; strong time management, observation, and organizational skills.
  • Property inspection or basic PRO experience is an advantage; one year of move-in/move-out inspection experience is preferred.
  • Arabic is preferred; professional, courteous, and reliable conduct is expected.

Pay

  • AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

Workplace

  • In-person work in Dubai, including travel to destinations and property sites.
