MHM Real Estate is hiring a Driver, PRO and Property Inspector in Dubai.
The role combines transportation, property inspections, and basic public relations officer duties.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, clients, or documents and navigate Dubai roads for timely arrivals.
- Keep the vehicle clean, maintained, and serviced on time.
- Inspect properties at move-in, move-out, and routine maintenance checks; accurately document conditions.
- Assist with government documentation, including visa renewals and trade licenses, and coordinate with relevant offices.
- Record trips, mileage, fuel use, and property inspection reports.
- Take on assigned day-to-day administrative or field duties.
Requirements
- Fluent English and a valid UAE driving license are required.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the UAE and 2 years of driving experience in the UAE are required.
- At least 1 year of PRO experience and 1 year conducting move-in/move-out inspections are required.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic laws; strong time management, observation, and organizational skills.
- Professional, courteous, and reliable; prior property inspection or basic PRO experience is an advantage.
- Arabic is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
