Job Overview
Rocky Real Estate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Property Management Administrator** to support our property management team.
The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate tenant services, and support move-in and move-out processes.
A valid UAE driving license is required for property visits and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Coordinate **tenant move-ins and move-outs**, including documentation and inspections
- Prepare and maintain tenancy contracts, Ejari registrations, and related paperwork
- Conduct property inspections when required (pre/post tenancy)
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Schedule maintenance requests and follow up on completion
- Maintain accurate records of properties, tenants, and transactions
- Assist with property listings, renewals, and leasing documentation
- Handle tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Support utility connections/disconnections during move-in/move-out processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Valid UAE **driving license** (mandatory)
- Familiarity with **Ejari system** and Dubai real estate regulations is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience handling tenant coordination and property inspections
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
