Requirements
- Minimum 1 year UAE Real Estate Sales experience (Required)
- Off-Plan / Primary Market experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Good computer and CRM knowledge
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying suitable investment opportunities
- Present properties and explain project features
- Maintain accurate property listings and client records
- Generate leads through networking and marketing initiatives
- Conduct property viewings and consultations
- Guide buyers throughout the purchasing process
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Build long-term client relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service before and after sales
