We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and intelligent individual to work directly with the CEO.
This role combines **Business Development, Human Resources, and Executive Assistance**, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment.
You will be closely involved in decision-making, operations, and company expansion.
Executive Assistance
- Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups
- Act as a bridge between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Assist in sales strategies and client acquisition
- Maintain and grow professional relationships
Human Resources
- Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR processes
- Support company culture and internal coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Ability to work directly under pressure and tight deadlines
- Must be based in UAE
