Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Team Leader / Sales Manager** with a strong background in **primary real estate**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, closing high-value deals, and driving overall business growth in the off-plan property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Handle high-value client interactions and closings
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Train and mentor junior agents
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting
Requirements
- Minimum **5+ years of experience in primary (off-plan) real estate**
- Proven track record of sales and team management
- Strong leadership and closing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market
- Must be currently based in UAE
