Role Overview

This is a

performance-driven sales and/or leasing role

, not a salaried desk job.

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing property transactions, and building long-term investor relationships in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Income is uncapped and directly tied to results.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Secondary sales**
  • and
  • leasing
  • properties across Dubai
  • Advise
  • local and international clients
  • on property investments
  • Generate leads through portals, networking, referrals, and self-sourcing
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions end-to-end
  • Maintain accurate records using
  • CRM systems
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developer launches
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
