The Role
The Head of Finance will be responsible for leading financial planning, control, and reporting across the organization.
This role ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and strategic financial oversight to support business performance in a structured, high-volume real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Drive profitability insights across agents, teams, and revenue streams
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and management accounts
- Manage commission structures, payouts, and revenue governance
- Control cash flow, liquidity, and working capital efficiency
- Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance
- Strengthen financial controls, systems, and audit readiness
- Provide financial insights to support business growth decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of finance experience (real estate / brokerage mandatory)
- Strong background in FP&A, reporting, and financial control
- Experience managing commission-based revenue models
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
- ACCA / ACA / CPA preferred
- Strong analytical, Excel, and business partnering skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
