Your Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Consultant, you will advise clients across a diverse range of commercial assets, including office spaces, retail units, industrial properties, warehouses, and mixed-use developments.
You will work closely with investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and business owners, delivering tailored property solutions while building long-term client relationships.
This is a commission-based role designed for motivated professionals who are ready to take ownership of their success and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
What We're Looking For
- Driven, disciplined, and self-motivated professionals
- Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercial real estate experience is advantageous, but transferable sales experience is highly valued
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Valid UAE driving license (or the ability to obtain/convert one)

Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Ideally 2+ year of real estate experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
