Off Plan Property Consultant \| Real Estate Sales Agent \| Dubai

About Us

Oaklyn Realty is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, expanding its Off Plan sales division and looking for ambitious Property Consultants to join our team.

We are seeking driven and experienced real estate professionals who are passionate about Dubai’s property market, investment opportunities, and high-value client relationships.

Multilingual candidates are highly preferred, with fluency in English being essential.

This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals looking to grow within Dubai’s dynamic real estate industry while working with leading developers and premium Off Plan projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, generate, and convert real estate leads
  • Promote and sell Off Plan properties from Dubai’s leading developers
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and viewings
  • Advise investors and buyers on market trends, ROI, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate and close property transactions
  • Maintain accurate records through CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
  • Proven experience in Off Plan property sales
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professionally presented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
  • RERA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain
