About Oaklyn Realty
Oaklyn Realty is a fast-growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage, expanding its Off-Plan sales division and looking for ambitious, results-driven **Spanish-speaking Property Consultants** to join our growing team.
We are seeking professionals who are passionate about Dubai's real estate market, investment opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers
- Handle and convert company-generated leads as well as self-generated prospects
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project launches
- Advise investors and buyers on market trends, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Spanish-speaking and international clients
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and project site visits
- Negotiate and successfully close property transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM systems
- Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and developer inventories
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of Dubai real estate experience**
- Experience in **Off-Plan property sales** is highly preferred
- Fluency in **Spanish and English** is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and leading developers
- Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professionally presented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory
