Secondary and Leasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and market secondary market property listings including apartments, villas, townhouses, and investment properties
• Handle residential and commercial sales, leasing, and rental transactions
• Assist clients with buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties across Dubai
• Generate and manage property listings for both sales and rentals
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and market presentations
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors
• Advise clients on market trends, property valuations, rental yields, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate tenancy agreements, rental contracts, and sales offers
• Successfully close sales, leasing, and rental transactions
• Prepare and maintain accurate property listings and CRM records
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, community developments, rental market movements, and investment opportunities
• Consistently achieve sales, leasing, rental, and performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in sales, leasing, rentals, or property consultancy
• Experience in the secondary market, leasing, and/or rentals sector is preferred
• Proven track record in sales, leasing, rentals, client acquisition, or deal closures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and major property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut is a plus
• Knowledge of Dubai communities, market trends, rental regulations, and real estate processes
