Purpose
Sell primary-market and off-plan properties on behalf of developers, promote new launches, guide clients through investment options, and close transactions.
Serve as a point of contact between developers and potential buyers throughout the sales journey.
Responsibilities
- Promote properties and keep up to date with project launches, payment plans, and developer offers.
- Build client relationships and understand clients’ property needs, investment goals, and budgets.
- Deliver project presentations in person, virtually, and at events; guide clients through consultation, booking, documentation, and handover coordination.
- Attend launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and company stands to represent offerings and generate leads.
- Coordinate with developers on availability, unit holds, DLD forms, and project documentation.
- Use CRM and lead owner teams to follow up on assigned leads and convert them; maintain accurate records and status updates.
- Follow RERA rules and internal sales processes, report market and client feedback, and support safe working conditions.
Education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is necessary.
- RERA qualification is mandatory.
- At least 1–3 years of Dubai real estate market experience is required; off-plan experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the off-plan sales cycle, payment plans, and project documentation is required.
Skills and competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion, and a customer-oriented approach are required.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, independence and teamwork, organization, time management, adaptability, and resilience are sought.
- Proficiency with technology and software for lead management and sales tracking is required.
Work activities
- The role includes in-person client presentations and attendance at launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and company stands.
