Role Description

This is a full-time, commission based role in Dubai for a Property Consultant/Investment Advisors.

In this role, you will actively pursue premium property sales, market high-end listings, and guide clients toward their ideal investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date on market research, staying ahead of Dubai real estate trends.
  • Advise local and international investors on diverse off-market and luxury property options.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, high-value client relationships.
  • Negotiate high-level deals and provide expert consultation on luxury real estate investments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in strict alignment with Preeminent's premium standards.

Requirements

  • Real Estate Expertise: Proven sales proficiency with the ability to confidently advise clients on property investments.
  • Location: Currently based in Dubai and available for an immediate start.
  • Communication & Languages: Strong, persuasive communication skills. Multilingual candidates are highly preferred to service our global clientele.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market is a significant advantage.
  • Drive & Attitude: A proactive, resilient attitude with sharp interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Driving License & Access to a car preferred
