  • You will recruit and attract strong agents, develop the ones with potential, and set the standard the team performs to.
  • You will lead from the front, by example, not from behind a spreadsheet.
  • You will own your team's performance.
  • That means coaching people through difficult deals, holding them accountable when they fall short, and creating the kind of culture good agents stay in and great agents want to join.
  • You will work directly with senior leadership and have genuine influence over how this part of the business is built.

  • What you will own
  • Building and scaling a high-performing team, agent by agent
  • Recruiting and attracting talent who meet our standards
  • Coaching, training, and developing agents into stronger producers

  • Proven leadership experience in Dubai real estate, with a track record of leading agents, not only closing your own deals
  • Real experience recruiting and scaling a team
  • Genuine coaching and people-development ability.

  • A strong understanding of Dubai's luxury market, both off-plan and secondary
  • High standards and strong character.
