  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and investors.
  • Advise buyers on Dubai's residential and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct viewings and present properties.
  • Negotiate and close transactions.
  • Develop long-term client relationships.
  • Stay informed on market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • ***Experience***
  • Previous experience in real estate, residential sales, or lettings.
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven environment.
  • *Communication*
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Additional European languages are an advantage.
  • ***Mindset***
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable in a commission-only environment.
  • ***Mobility***
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willing and able to relocate to Dubai between July and September.
