Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for property sales and rentals
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and property availability
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
- Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends in Dubai
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- **Own visa preferred**
