PSI is recruiting motivated Property Consultants to join its real estate brokerage team in Abu Dhabi.
The role is open to experienced real estate professionals and sales-driven candidates starting a real estate career.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
- Generate client relationships through leads, referrals, networking, and market outreach; understand requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Promote off-plan, secondary-market, and investment opportunities; conduct viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and support clients through the sales process; build relationships with clients and developers.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi markets, projects, pricing, and investment opportunities, and achieve individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous; freshers with strong communication and sales potential are welcome.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, financially ambitious, and able to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Candidates already in the UAE are preferred.

Employment and compensation
- Employment type: full-time.
