Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure resale property listings from landlords and property owners.
• Build relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors; coordinate viewings and support clients through sales.
• Manage listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar portals; maintain accurate property and CRM records.
• Negotiate offers, assist in closing resale transactions, and generate business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to maximize listing exposure and meet individual and team targets while delivering customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, customer service, banking, hospitality, guest relations, automotive sales, retail, business development, or another client-facing sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills; confident, proactive, and target-driven approach.
• Listing acquisition or secondary-market experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• CRM and property-portal experience are advantageous; named examples include Odoo, Bitrix24, Salesforce, SAP, Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Additional languages, UAE real estate experience, premium-client or landlord management, property-listing experience, and a UAE driving license are advantages, not mandatory.

Compensation
