Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
- Proven total sales of AED 20M+ over the last 12 months.
- Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills; solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Fluent English plus one or more additional languages, such as Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, or Dutch.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Commission
- Commission-only position with no fixed salary.
- Uncapped earning potential with 50%–60% commission at the start.
